After a while it is very easy to forget that I’m even still outside. My brain has a habit of wandering back and forth between the inside of my head and the outside world. Sometimes I find myself in a dead space where I am completely alone and totally unaware of anything around me. I am trying to be more aware of this problem and figure out what triggers it so that I can avoid it in the future.
It’s very easy to think that you don’t need to think about death. A dead person is not important to you. In reality, we don’t care about the death of the person we are. We care about the loss we caused and the pain we caused the person. It’s important to remember this, because the difference between someone who is alive and someone who is dead is the difference between someone who is lost and someone who is found.
