A new year is the time for resolutions, and a healthy lifestyle is a way of living a life with purpose, meaning, and happiness. It is a chance for you to think about your life in a way that makes it easier to take steps forward, and it is a chance to choose new, positive steps to take.

The problem is, I don’t think it’s that easy. In my experience, the “new” part is often the hardest. Especially if you haven’t been living a healthy lifestyle. I have been eating a lot of fast food and sugary junk food for the last few years. It’s not just that I eat this way to lose weight.

I am a big advocate of “eating healthy.” However, I have also been an advocate of the fast food industry and the obesity industry, so I am extremely aware of the impact that these are having on our society. I have watched my weight creep up over the years.

I am also very aware of the fact that our society is in the middle of a massive social obesity crisis. We are no longer the healthy society we once were. We are living in the fast food society, but we will never be the healthy society that we once were.

Yes, I’m aware of the fat epidemic and the obesity epidemic. I know both happen because I myself am fat. I think they’re both real. I would like to see us go back to the days of the fat society and the obesity society and live life like that once again.
